My Xerveo Diary - Let the Trial Begin

Hey Hey Hey I have received my batch and before I advertise or promote a product this will be my diary to be, and starting the new year 2014.

I will be posting the following:-

 Before I continue I would like to let you on what its all about,,at the moment the big craze is the product called Garcinia Cambogia...the tablet is a big hit , however Xerveo is the same product just in liquid form and is known for "The Holy Grail of Weight Loss".

So Bloggers today is the 26th December 2013 and the drinking has begun...what I do is drink half an hour before you have breakfast or basically something half an hour before a meal.

The taste is better than I thought its undescribable oh and I took one last night before our big meal and must say was wide awake so not sure if it was Xerveo or the cake we ate..

26th December 13 - Boxing Day

Drank 2 before breakfast and Dinner, its as if you drinking a Soda or Cordial, Its pink and fizzy..
I downloaded an app today before and after and took my measurements and will add the pic of app to see what it states..

Im not a person to take before and After pics as I dont like people seeing my love handles and to top it off I noticed another one on my back and was devastated..I think thats when I decided NEVER again will I look at another mirror in a fitting room... :-)

When your Husband comes back from FIFO......

Hi Everyone, 

Yip you would have noticed that my writing has slowed down abit, It was awesome to sit down and write down what was on my mind and had the time to do it.....

Well what can I say, I work come home and My name is called come see this , Can you help with this and that , and top of that try and do Dinner without any interuptions

My house was tidy, no beer bottles and less washing..OH MY  HAT now its double work with 3 boys back home...as my nephew has moved in too, and talk about eating, man they can eat you out the house...

I normally make double and freeze the other half basically for when you have one of those days when you dont feel like cooking...well i can say no chance of that now ....hahaha

Dont get me wrong ..its good to have him home but I tell him straight ..he delegates on the boats ..and I think he comes home to push his luck..because that's what he does ..delegates to us...and I tell him straight " Oi You not on the boat "

He starts in the morning and does not stop at all...until like 9pm and wonders why his muscles are so sore..

We not even at times allowed to have a crap without him wondering where we are ......

Oh and as we sit down its like ...Do we have any peanut butter....so Me and my daughter say No..

(we know there is some in the cupboard) but its a simple way of saying Can I have a peanut butter sandwich.

There are times where I enjoy entertaining...and other times Just ME TIME...if i dont get Me Time, 

then I will go crazy....argggggggggggggg

How Do You Cope When Your Bestie has a Brain Bleed ??

Had a call from Rob and was saying they confirmed it was a Brain Bleed!

Similar to a Aneurysm

Just wanted to let you on this one as about 3 Months ago I got a call from My Friend Robert and advised me that Sharon (His wife) just came home from work and complained that she had a headache, and went straight to the Bathroom and collapsed.

I froze and as Rob started crying I cried because I never expected this to happen to her, a mother and wife and good friend!

During the next few days they cut open her head and removed a tumor the size of a 50c coin! 

Now Robert was traveling to the hospital which was 2 1/2 hours from where they stay and still looking after there wonderful twins who are 7 years old. This is the only picture i could find they are abit bigger now.

Now I met Sharon 9 years ago at a Barbecue (we call it a braai) and got on very well, laughed at the same thing, confided in each other about stuff and trusted each other.

They always have had a smile on there faces, even though they struggled alot financially and also a few years ago lost there house, and really struggled each day, yet they managed and coped every day.

Rob her husband has gone through alot these passed few months and really take my hat off to him, juggling around for the kids and running backwards and forwards for the kids, and just holds thumbs for his wife to get back home again and to be back to normal.

So we caught a train to Perth, Not a Perth person,  too many people :-) and would of got lost just driving into town.  The train ride was nice, my daughter came with me it was 2 hours but where we booked into a hotel which was like 5 minutes from the Hospital , which was Perfect.

We walked in and asked for Ward G , showed us where to go, right got there Nope next floor. We stood there and had about 4 people in the office , there were 2 open offices on both side, so we stand there and this lady acknowledges us , we wait she looks at us Phone rings and she answers, puts the phone down still waiting for Can I help You..Nothing, I dont understand if You work in a hospital where you deal with people on a daily basis, you have to have people skills, Eventually I shouted and said Can ANYONE just tell me how to get to this ward ! I was so annoyed eventually this other lady came and told me Unbelievable !

Well we eventually found our way after walking around half an hour,  We got to her room but she was not there as she was in Physio...So Candy and I waited and waited, played Eye Spy, then made things out of the hospital gloves, then tore out pictures for her room and stuck them up.

Hour Later she came in and we said  "Hey Sharon"  she just stared at me....the thing is you don't know how you going to react ! But seeing her in the bed helpless I tried so hard to keep my emotions in, and managed to brave the tears , even my daughter said to me "Mom Please don't cry" as she sees me cry she cries!

So I asked her whats My Name, and she remebered and said  "Olie" which is my Nickname and she can talk bit by bit but looking at her she is paralysed on one side , and we spoke and told her to kick her legs up and touch my hand and she did, and was very impressed. 

I bought her a teddy bear and wrote her name on and gave her a Get well Soon Card which I read out to her......................and Yip it all came out I cried together with my daughter ! Shaz lifted her hand up and held mine which made me cry even more.  

I composed myself and then it was dinner and she ate very well, and she even lifted the cup up to feed herself.

My Life of the FAMOUS DIET...S

I Look back at when I started Dieting, it always happened after I had a ice cream or a chocolate Milkshake..and it was like ok Monday...why Monday I have no idea.. OR hubby checks this gorgeous chick with doube D and a cleavage...and its like Right thats it no more chips or cookies its final....but it lasts for like 3 days whyyyyyy so over it...but ....there is light at the end of the tunnel...

I today rejected a chocolate cake AND Pizza...now if I can reject that I can reject temptation and thats what I am going to do...

I feel there are so many diets around and alot of them are good but yet work only on some people and somewhere along all these diets there is something that WILL work for yet might not work for someone else..

While I was home for a few weeks, I decided to make a little bit of cash, and it did work, as I do alot of research and reviews on what I want to advertise and try, and think its only fair on me and others also that you are able to show the results.

So this is what I have done..

BLOOD DIET

This was a very good diet very strict and the weight falls off as I am the O which is the vegetarian and so true as Im not a great lover of meat .

This a friend of mine did and she did very well but as soon as she stopped when she got her goal weight she put it all back on..

 I must say worked for a few friends of mine because Im not a breakfast eater I use the milkshake and add fruit to it and really full which is ideal for me then have a salad and tuna for lunch and stirfry for dinner.  Now I cannot say it will work for you if I had to rate this on a Diet Scale that works I would say 70% because it can work and i think it all boils down to THE BODY...the thyroids, this that . You and I might have the same body do the exact same thing and You land up looking like a skinny Bi#$#$ and me Little Lotto.. ha

Having a look at me trying all these diets and pills I try and go for the most healthiest, man back in South Africa we had this product called LEANOR ,,,I would rate that 150% as that gave us sooo much energy and lost alot of weight, however ,,yip there is a HOWEVER...it tasted foul...we would have the drops which is like 15 or 20 lined up with coke, then chocolate then alcohol..lol not all the time though...but some did take advantage Penny would count her drops and like go..1,2,3, and say 5 but during that 5 she would put an extra ten ...she was Houdini cleaning here then would dissappear and was so worried that she would be shouting Purple elephants or put her head in the bushes like that Movie Death at a Funeral ha ha but it never happened thank Goodness.. Sad to say it landed up off the market !

This is for me a 90% on my list but do research dont just rush into buying anything , look at the reviews, google, pinterest, youtube etc You want to be comfortable buying a product and even though I sell this I dont want you buying it for the sake of it  I want you to feel comfortable and confident in this product.

Dear Mom / Margaret Theron

I would like to dedicate this blog Letter to my Mom (Mother-in-law) 

Dear Mom 

I remember when I use to call to speak to Alan you were always pleasant and pushed Alan to call me as we were friends back then.  Alan then picked me up and we met and from the day I put my foot in the house I felt very welcome and Loved.

Since that day I have never stopped loving you,  even though I still love my mom YOU replaced a lot of things that I missed from my own mom.

You taught me how to cook your style,  you showed me your hiding spots which I still hide the chips just like you did, and even when we said no thanks we didn't hear the end of it ,,but that was you.  We dieted together and you also stood up for me when you son would be nasty.

Thank you for showing me how to shop for bargains, even though you use to try and let me wear these things you called PANTIES , G strings were so much comfortable and so wish you had tried one, one day...knowing you you would of put it the wrong way ,,,,ha ha'

Thank you for Alan, who has given you a lot of gray hairs, and thank you for my brothers who I never had.

That includes your whole family who have taken me in as part of them too

You have been a real inspiration in my life and I couldn't of asked for a better MOM in law than you,

Trip to South Africa and lets not forget to Include Penny !!!

I have been planning to surprise my sister in South Africa for a while so I landed up calling her partner and said Im coming , so myself and candy landed up in Durban and saw Dean walking with Penny ...and we are standing there as Penny was not suppose to Know...so she looks up and screams and laughs and laughs...so Im looking at Dean and first thing i said WHO TOLD HER.. ?? Penny didnt cry she was just laughing and I knew it straight away someone told her.

Its All About Me....Yip She has to be in the Picture !!!!

I was sorting out some old pictures last  night and came across Penny Once again and noticed something Odd...you can never get a picture of yourself without her Butting In....Yip ITS ALL ABOUT HER !! ha hah
